I just bought this awesome new cook book from Starbucks, $1 of every sale goes strait to UNICEF. It is a cookbook full of African food recipes, with beautiful pictures. I am so excited about it! I am going to make pomegranate Rice for dinner tonight, maybe with plantain-coconut stew? Yumm! Africa, here we come!
