Lately I have been dreaming of helping to restore an old historic property. Unfortunately, these opportunities don't much exist in Colorado, at least not at reasonable prices. But here are a few I've been dreaming of...

There was an old domed library in Virginia, with magical gardens all around it, I can't stop dreaming about it.

I'd love to help redesign and restore old properties and make them into wonderful homes and community gathering places, artist studios, gathering rooms, music spots, etc. That's a dream of mine.
